Google "PS3 Hard Drive Swap" or "Replacing the PS3 Hard Drive" .

It's pretty easy... all you need to do is pop off the HDD Plate on the bottom of the PS3 and use a small philips head screw driver to take out the blue screw... then just pop out the HDD.
