Do games in the PS Store ever go on sale at discounted prices?

I am trying to decide which mini golf game to get.

Planet Minigolf for PS3 is $10. Ultra Minigolf Adventures 2 for 360 is on sale for $5.

Has anyone here played both of them? I'm wondering which one is better.

Well it's not every time. It's only happened a few times, but it just seemed strange because it never happened when I owned the original version. It happens when I pick up a new audio diary and hold A.

I bought it off eBay from some guy in Puerto Rico so I just want to make sure I didn't buy some illegitimate copy.

I recently bought the Platinum Hits edition of Bioshock for 360. Every now and then, when I play a new audio tape, it will also start to play an audio tape that I already picked up in the game awhile back. Is this a common glitch with the platinum hits version or is there a chance I bought an illegal copy?

I heard that plasma tvs use a lot more electricity than the other types of HDTVs. How do they all compare?

Just wondering how much the electric bill would be for 1 person living in a 1 bedroom apartment. Anyone here know?
