Why would anyone in their right mind stop taking pre-orders? The name of the game is to move as many units as possible to make money, turning down customers would be the beginning of the end.
Oblivion. Because it doesn't allow me to complete that one Dark Brotherhood quest where you find him somewhere in the market place or gardens or somewhere in Imperial City. When I say doesn't allow I really mean that. I've done it before, but on this character whenever I follow the green marker telling me where he is, no one is there, and I've ran around Imperial City for about two hours looking for him and never found him.diyth41
Your game has been glitched because you entered that cave with the blind monks before you started with the brotherhood. Check if you have a game save that doesn't have the monk cave shown on the game map, it's the cave in the upper middle part of the map.
