I hate steam related products. If I buy a game, I don't want the company I get it from tracking my use, etc. Steam is doing something very similar to what is called "tying" as related to the anti trust laws of most states like Florida. They just haven't quite crossed that line. I won't buy anything steam realated. They are absolutely no help if you have an installation problem or other problems w/ their products. tobycode1. Was there any need to bump a near 3 year old thead? 2. I have had numerous problems with Steam in the past and their customer service is very helpful 3. Tracking use? Do you mean the notifications your friends and other users receive when you play a game? :?
Oh come on, are you serious? Are you really saying Its OK to pirate from these companies because their latest game is a "turd on a stick"? Do you know how much effort devs put into games? All of your arguments are terrible and hold no water. I mean seriously, "pirate Bethesda because of horse armor"? You know that is optional DLC you don't have to buy right? If you want a game you buy it, if you don't, you DONT buy it.i think it's ok to pirate as long as you pirate stuff made by ea, activision, blizzard (same as activision lol), bioware, ubisoft, uh.. did i miss anything? i think it is morally wrong to buy games of such companies because by buying their latest turd on a stick you encourage them to put less and less effort and rip off consumers even more with each new product, thus your choice to "vote for them with your wallet" leads to worsening quality of products in the market and all consumers suffer as a result, thus it is right to pirate their games, but wrong to buy them
edit: forgot bethesda. horse armor dlc, etc.

I'm sure a user generated patch will be submitted sometime down the line that will enable gamepad usage.
