steam achievement count onto my windows live account?

ok ive just bought gta 4

and im wondering do i need certain patches for mods?

and if i do need a certin patch what is the most common/best one

i got a xbox slim for xmas and i had to update to play gta4 (was only game i had at my house on xmas) and the update was small

and my dad has it on ps3 and he went to uipdate and it was 600+

and i hiard out uncharted 2 just to ttry online and it has 9 updates... 1st one was 20 and then 2nd one was 112 meg. i stopd after i saw that

ps3 updates are so big?

ive been playing xbox for like 2 years and the biggest update ive noticed was 20 meg

and i only just got broadband at my house and i went to use my dads ps3 and it said update 600 meg...

is there any reason for them to be so big? or does ps3 have better updates?

i can get them to work in single player but not split screen (and its not me playing it my lil brothers are 9 and 7 and arnt very good at it and like the moon gravity cheat)

make cheats work in tony hawks american wastelands split screen (ps2)

make my xbl account work on 2 xboxs without having to recover it every time?

i have 2 xboxs and i use one at my house and one at my gfs house

i used to use the MU to take my profile to other peoples house but now with the xbox slim i cant

not show any of my avatar items ive bought or unlockd when im not signd into xbox live?

its kind of anoying having a blue tshirt with the xboxs power logo on it

im getting that new smaller xbox soon and i was wondering what exactly wifi is?

i thought it was wireless but im not sure

and if it is can you do system link with 3 wireless xboxs?
