Well I'm big time into overclocking. Both of these boards have been brought up to me as great overclockers. The reason that i really like the Premium board is because of the future proofing with the USB 3.0 and SATA 6.0. As for the Mobo's that have been suggested, the Foxconn looks interesting. I have never have a Foxconn board so am a little timid. Do you know anything about them? have you used their products in the past? In the past i have only used ASUS and EVGA, both have served me very well. By the way, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Alright so I'm looking for a new Mobo for a new build and need some advice as I can't decide which one to get. Right now I'm leaning towards ASUS but am open to opinions. The 2 that I am currently deciding between are as follows:

ASUS P6X58D Premium

ASUS P6T7 WS Supercomputer "Ultimate Gamer"

The strangest thing that I have ever come across was on my own rig with Vista. If the computer froze for any reason and a hard power off was needed the computer on the next boot would hang at the Vista load screen, The only way that I found to get around this was to unplug both of my 1tb hdd drives and switch their SATA ports. After that was done the computer would always successfully post.

Im starting to get everything together for my next upgrade and am starting to get into unfamiliar territory. I want to get a liquid cooler for my next build. I now there was a liquid cooler that was designed for the Cosmos S case but sadly Cooler Master has discontinued it. Does anone have any recommendations? Im going to be getting Intel's new processor when they finally do release, the i9 or now i7 980.

In my opinion Gateway is alright, they don't rank too well as far as reliability goes. Asus on the other hand ranks 3rd among all laptop manufacturers behind Lenovo and Apple. If I were you I would pick up an Asus machine. You might not know the name but trust me they won't disappoint.

You would be able to use all 3 monitors by using a program called softth. This program allows the use of different sized monitors and establishes a multi monitor gaming atmosphere. Let me know if you need anymore information.

All I have to say is, no. Wired all the way. More responsive and plus you don't have to worry about batteries or recharging.
