These are pretty cool, but I don't see myself using most of them. It would be cool to have the Oculus Rift or IllumiRoom, but not both. Leap motion would be cool for a non-gaming PC I think.

If people start buying games to destroy them, they'tr just helping the devs and publishers. It also sounds pretty violent to destroy things like games, right?

I actually wouldn't mind this at all. Ubisoft is a great publisher. They may not be a Bethesda or 2K, but they're still nowhere near EA. I mean, look at some of the games they have published. There is Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and many others. If THQ (or atleast their awesome devs) were sold to Ubi, they would be treated very well.
