I just wanted to thank all the posters who suggested the Kmart coupon deal. I didn't believe it worked at first, but yesterday I went to Kmart with a printed copy and was told I couldn't use it. Luckily they had extra pharmacy booklets with the hard copy so I was able to get a PS3 80 GB for 421.99 with tax. It even came with an extra coupon for $15 off a $25 purchase. I picked up Oblivion too I'm so excited. I'm just about to hook it up to my wireless router. Hope to see many of you on the PSN.

I no longer have a ps2 so that's why I was checking. I've heard several people suggest the 60 GB so I might look into that. Thanks for the heads up.

Does anyone know of any PS2 games that can't be played on the 80 GB PS3? I've heard that it plays most, but was just wondering if anyone hasn't been able to play certain games. I was hoping to play some of the PS2 games that I currently own: MGS2, MGS Snake Eater, Final Fantasy X, GOW2. Indigo Prophecy, FF12, Madden 08 and Shadow of the Collosus.

I remember MGS for the Playstation had a demo. I remember after playing it I went out and bought it the very next day. I don't think it would hurt to have a demo...might attract more players...but by this time I think most have heard of MGS.

That's a good question. I saw one advertised recently for around 20 bucks. I do know that the PS3 40 GB is supposed to produce less heat so you probably wouldn't need one for the 40.
