@Richardthe3rd Watchout dude, the Microsoft PR reps are all over this board trying to convince the masses how this is a great deal. It's almost comical.
@kashia581 Wow how the xbots come and defend everything Microcrap shoves in their face. Hey good luck with that. I have enough common sense not to buy into this obvious ripoff. Doesn't matter who is offering this, it's garbage but if you like it then knock yourself out pal.
@Landsharkk This is as bad as "rentacenter". No matter how you sugar coat it, it's a ripoff. Here is the best solution, save your money until you have enough to buy one. Or would you rather pay twice what it is worth? Common sense says save your money as this deal helps no one but Microsoft..
Sadly I see the blind sheep that don't know any better flocking to this ripoff. This is a slap in the face to the rest of the common sense gamers. Microcrap must really believe that the gamers who support them are a bunch of mindless idiots..
I think it was pure genius for them to sell a broken system knowing people would buy a replacement one thus jacking their number up real high. I wonder of the above numbers how many of the systems were broken.. Hmmmm
the "good luck with that" was not directed towards you, It was for MS. I to have both systems but do not care for MS's greed. If Sony did require a subscription for their next console, I would not have an issue with it as long as they keep giving free games for subscribers. I had Live for years and don't recall MS giving anything for free. It's not their policy.
People complain because "xbox live" requires a subscription if you want to pretty much do anything. PSN is not required to play online or access apps like Vudu or Netflix. Also MS already raised the price to $60.00 and the sheep sucked up and paid for it. What makes you think that they are not already thinking about raising the price to $70.00 when their new system is released. Good luck with that.
