Do I need online passes for these games to play online multiplayer?

Just wanted to know. 

drive backwards on the tracks and crash into people? I just have fun doing that... any recommendations? Forza 3, Nascar, any other racing games?

Will there be a demo for this game anytime soon?

where do I buy seeds for growing crops and stuff?

Where do i buy dog food?

how do i build a dog house?

how do I upgrade my house and other parts of my farm?(where to go, etc)

where do i buy chickens and horses?

what do you think of the game? do you think it will be good?

also, will you be able to do wall cover in this game? I've seen some gameplay videos where people had no idea wtf they were doing
