Does it just stay on the chest logo for 15min? I tried it on my computers blu-ray drive and the PS3, both getting the same logo flashing over. I would imagine if it needs to install something it would at least notify you.... Was just about to drive back to the store and get an exchange but if its the same with all of them I might just wait and see if you're right.

Yup, it stays on the Blue Chest logo for about 15 mins, then it dissapears and you get the PLAY icon in the bottom left and the 'Control Panel *Triangle*' button on the right.

The second disc doesn't require any sort of installation, just the first.

I'm watching it right now if that helps you. It's kind of dumb how they don't warn you about an installation anywhere but oh well. I have Talladega Nights for Blu Ray and it didn't have to install =/

OK, so my next question is... how big isyour Iron Man BDCache filesize?

Seems people in here are having varried results (self included) I've already had my kick at the can a few times, and damn near hopped in the car to return the discs.... but saw this forum and decided to tough it out until tomorrow. I'm at my 4th attempt (have even deleted the cache this current attempt) and 25mins waiting and I'm still not getting anywhere with it.

But knowing what the cached file size is supposed to be when it's done could prove helpful. At least then I'd know if I'm getting anywhere.

Also, does it have to do this everytime you start the disc? If I thought I'd had to sit through this B.S. everytime I wanted to watch the movie, I wouldnt bother.

The cache on disc 1 is 12 MB.
