Argh lol yea I noticed that too... I'm guessing the composite cable that come with the Wii are also 6 FT...if that's the case I'll be in trouble if I can't find component any longer =/

And now it is virtually unplayable:cry:, there was some sort of weird noise in the 360 then all of a sudden my TV display went fuzzy. Does the 360 frequently scratch discs like this? Because I might probably resort to support piracy for some games:?

ForceFreeze
It does scratch games but only if it's been moved. Did the table or what ever shake while the disc was in tray? Best way to prevent disc scratching is to install the game so it doesn't have to spin and to make sure the surface in which the 360 lies on is stable. You might not want to announce to the world that you plan to pirate...

I was just wondering how long are the standard AV Cables that ship with the Wii? I'm going to go out to get Component cables and at the current standard length, the AV cable barely reaches my TV. I'll have to get a longer Component cable than the standard Composite.

Thanks!

I want to know who started that stupid rumor. ALL 360s are the same except for space.

and design... Arcade has no Chrome, Elite has a Black Matte finish. =)

Ghostbusters for the multiplayer co-op aspects. Transformers...thank god I got it from EB Games with a gaming guarentee. I picked up my preordered copy for $69.99 with mjy EDGE card on Tues...played it... then returned it today to get all $69.99 back on my EDGE card. Transformers didn't even feel like Transformers, felt like I was playing a Gundam game =/

I have the second one right now. It's alright I suppose, gameplay is pretty neat but the campaigns...however most missions are just 'kill everyone in sight before you may move on'. Don't let the review fool you, it isn't two seperate campaigns, they're both relatively identical. In the Autobots campaign, you'll have to defend a powerstation from being blown up. In the Decepticons campaign, you'll have to attack the powerstation. It get's pretty repetitive...I know it's always 'neat' to play both sides of the story but when the story isn't that great, it's no fun at all.

First off, The 360 less hardcore than the Wii? I don't recall seeing Baby Party 2 on the 360. The 360 less hardcore than the PS3? They are essentially the same, obviously fanboys will argue one side is more 'hardcore' than the other but if you look at their library of games, it's all the same. Secondly, Lack of hardcore 360 gamers on this website? Geez you should be here for the flurry of Halo/Gears threads, not to mention multiplats like Call of Duty. Trust, there are hardcore 360 gamers on these forums, whether or not they choose to post is the real question.

Bought my Falcon Elite in Feb 09. I install everything and it's relatively quiet, I don't have anything to compare it to though. However, when the game isn't installed the system is pretty damn loud, a lot louder than my PS3 with a disc spinning. Awesome console though, I love my Elite

No bots, only humans.

Well, there are bots, but human-controlled bots, not bot controlled bots.

Bots.

[QUOTE="CTUDude"]Considering you can get a DVD player for like $30...why would you want to drop $200+ for one that may crap out on you? Buh buh Netflix...I seriously doubt someone buys an Xbox so they can watch their Netflix off of their TV, it'd be much more beneficial and efficient for them to just Netflix off their computer. So in short, no I do not know anyone who buys a 360 just for viewing things (though I'm not saying that it's impossible, just highly unlikely).TR800
People have been known to buy a PS3 for Blu-ray though.

Yeah...but DVD has been around for how long now? At the time the PS3 was actually a cheap alternative to getting a stand-alone Blu-Ray because not only does it have the ability to constantly update itself (BD Live), but it could be used as a media centre as well. However, with Blu Ray players at $99, it be odd just for someone to buy a $400 PS3 to watch Blu Rays, they'd have to do other things with it too.
