Prince of Persia Borderlands Assassin's Creed 2 Ratchet & Clank A Crack in Time All were mostly time consuming, more than anything else.

Best RPG on the 360?

Pretty good lists include Mass Effect 1 & 2, Lost Odyssey, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fable 2, Tales of Vesperia, and I would include the Diablo-esque Sacred 2 (one of my favorites).

Most of the critics have favored ME2, Fallout 3, Fable 2 and Tales of Vesperia, recently, which should cover most tastes out there.

Uh... Dead Space - well reviewed and now $20. New, as yet un-reviewed game - $60. By the time you finish Dead Space, AvP might be $50. I'll go with the cheaper one on this.

I'll probably get it. I liked "Radiata Stories", though never got very far with it...

Consider getting a larger notebook hard drive for starters as you don't care about the info on the current one and 40 will work for a while, but, bigger is better, right? Hook it up to the internet, make sure it has the latest firmware. Download Life with Playstation and let it run overnight, curing cancer. If if it is a 40G, there's a chance it has backwards compatibility, so throw a PS2 game in there for chuckles. Something mainstream - FF XII or GoW.

1 - Say the PS3 breaks, can Sony fix it (for a fee, of course) and keep it 60GB backwards compatible, or do I have to buy another one?sergioalb64

If they have an available BW compatible 60G PS3, they will send you one. If not...

2 - What can the newer PS3 models do that the 60GB model can't? I'm not sure, but I think there was some trouble with old SixAxis controllers versus the new DualShock 3s.sergioalb64

I've had no issues with my launch Sixaxis controllers. Apparently that was patched?

3 - Where's the best place to get a used 60GB PS3 in good shape? GameStop and eBay are options, but I'm not sure how well GameStop checks the systems they sell.sergioalb64

A reliable Ebay seller or a friend is about the best you can hope for, or you can buy mine, if you have enough cash ;)
