Solid point, but the reason I feel it shouldn't be reviewed as one is because it doesn't reflect the actual quality of the game, just a technical barrier keeping you from playing it.

You're right, nobdy did say that, so why are you bring it up? Using your logic, a game with higher system requirements then you can afford should get a shitty score. It matches your qualifier of "Unable to play the game you payed for".

I sympathize with anyone who is unable to play the game properly, and yes, **** EA. However I feel that this is more of a review of EA's services, rather then the game Maxis developed.

I understand where you're coming from but just because it's a "feature" doesn't mean it's built into the core design of the game. At least in this case. It's more DRM then a feature.
