Well if FFXI is anything to go by then I know exactly how awesome FFXIV is going to be ;) Do you seriously think believe FFXIV is going to be able to knock off games like WoW to become king of the MMO's when the developers previous effort (and only MMO effort) was only passible? If you want to make a bet on it I glady will, because I just don't see FFXIV being this awesome MMO to be jealous about.

If you actually did your research on the game, its going to be a lot different from XI. Never did I say its going to be the next MMO king, I actually don't think that will happen. But I can see it being the second best MMO(or should I say, second most popular MMO).

There is actually a lot of females who play World of Warcraft. I think something like 1 in 5 people who play are females.

And btw, this is most definitely an April Fool's joke. Here is something else they announced today.

I agree, I can't remember what they did last year but I know it was pretty good.

if i remember correctly, it was a super mech unit in starcraft 2, and some dude who controls books in diablo 3
