I don't get it what is the "complete fail" about it? 99 dollars is a great price and imagine if there was more advertising for it.

Luxen90

I already have a HDMI out on my pc, so I can play OnLive on the TV anyway. Why pay 99 when you can get a HDMI or DVI to HDMI for 2.33 cents on ebay and then a 360 controller for 15?? Also, OnLive said that founding members would get it basically for nothing. Welcome to the nothing ..100 dollars!! BLAH!

Here's OnLive's huge announcement...

OnLive

OnLiveNever get off your couch again. We just brought instant play to your living room with the OnLive Game System for $99 plus a FREE game. No discs, no downloads – just jump in and play whatever you want in seconds. Get details and pre-order here: http://www.onlive.com/game-system

I had high hopes for OnLive but there's no way I'm paying 100 for the console.

[QUOTE="rpgs_shall_rule"]I have a question for Rikusaki: Onlive creates two separate streams of video right? One for replays that is stored locally, and one for streaming to you. How do we know that it's not actually a replay?Tombaman48umad
And what exactly would I have to gain by LYING and deceiving everyone here into thinking Onlive has terrible graphics? (an idea that is pretty widely shared all over the internet among the majority of people who have used it). Do you honestly believe that i went through that much effort to trick you guys, and essentially prove NOTHING?

Did no one catch what he done to the images that he (the TC)posted??? Check the properties out. He resized them below HD. Nice try...Sad you couldn't just be honest.

Let me add this too

That's Assassin's Creed 2. The screenshot comes from Digital Foundry so it's fairly real.

Just get a console.

siLVURcross

I agree consoles are better but if Digital is saying that pic came from OnLive then there internet is crap. I'm telling you OnLive wont let you play at that quality.

If OnLive wouldn't let you play at that quality, then how did they get the pic? :P Just sayin'

Not sure but it seriosuly wont let you play at that level. More than likely what these people done was bogged down there connection and took a pic right before it disconnected then as you can see the network error. Proves it was a setup to make OnLive look bad.

I've seen Onlive ,well live. It doesn't look this bad.

So have I and yes... it is this bad. Network problems like crazy, horrible input lag.

Unless you have fiber optics and are extremely close to a datacenter (which in Wisconsin we are not), this is a useless, rental service not worthy of a penny.

I have onlive on my pc and it looks great! You either photoshopped that image or someone gaveitto you after they photoshopped it. Also OnLive wont even allow you to play if it looked that bad. It would kick you out and tell you the connection is to slow. No horrible input lag either. Gamespot might wanna reconsider you as a mod. Mod's shouldn't be dishonest like that.

Sounds like flamebait

racing1750

Was thinking the same thing.

No flame bait and not a fakeboy either. I forgot to mention that I've owned other older 360's before. The obly game that interests me on 360 is Gears and Mass Effect. Do I need to take a pic of the box with my gamertag written? :P

I recently got a brand new 250 gig 360 slim bundle. I also bought Kinect for it and everything is like new. I'm already getting bored with it and craving me some god of war 3 and uncharted 2. I have an oppertunity to trade for a new ps3 slim with ps move. Need some advice as I'm confussed on what to do.

I bought Kinect and like it but based on reviews I've seen Move rated higher? So anyone here thats experienced both and which has the most lag and why is Move suppose to be better?
