You'd think a retired cop would have a little more discipline. Why would you even bring a gun to a movie theatre anyway?

Because people shoot up movie theaters as well. Forget about Aurora, CO?

You mean that incident that could have been completely avoided had we had sensible gun control laws that keep guns out of the hands of lunatics?

How many theatre shootings do you think this guy prevented?

What are "Sensible gun control laws" I think it would be better to have mental healthcare in the US rather than putting in bans on scary looking guns or having other laws that would not prevent a mass shooting.

@Serraph105: With Mass Shootings pretty much all (if not all) happen at "Gun-Free" zones. So a normal civilian isn't allowed to have a weapon on those grounds.

For the amount of gun deaths a month. When you look at the numbers a good part of them come from suicides. You can ban all the 'guns' you want but it is not looking at the real issue. The (lack of) mental health care in the US, like with all the mass shooting the shooters had issues. But all we are hearing is that we should ban guns that look scary.

A devil's advocate is someone who takes a position they may not agree with but does so for the sake of the debate it helps test the quality of the original argument and to find weaknesses in the argument.

[QUOTE="JustSignedUp"][QUOTE="WhiteKnight77"]

The only moron is you. Did you watch the video or even read through this thread and look at the pictures that were posted? If so, you would have plainly seen that the riders were the ones who started this all. No rider should be in the same lane as another vehicle other than a bike and can clearly can be seen next to the car door in one of the pics I posted not once, but twice. That same rider is the one who brake-checked in front of the SUV. Apparently, he is the one who ended up with a broken leg and deservedly so.

WhiteKnight77

doesnt matter if its the bikers fault bro, if he wanted to leave in one piece he could have but he chose the moronic way out. just apologize even if it wasnt ur fault and u can continue the rest of the day, he got owned for being a moron

He was trying to make it right, but was surrounded by bikers who were pounding on his vehicle which is why he put it in drive and drove over riders that had stopped their bikes in front of him.

Bikers Chase, Assault Driver After West Side Highway Collision

Some of them kept going, but police say that the SUV driver stopped, with his wife and young daughter inside, when more than 20 riders surround them and use their helmets to dent the truck. A knife was used to slash his tires.

The driver took off, running over at least one bike.

The video shows the bikers chasing the SUV, catching up near the George Washington Bridge on 178th Street near Wadsworth Avenue, where they broke a window and got to the driver.Linked Article

Christopher Cruz, one of the riders who broke a window on the SUV was arrested. Cruz has been charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, endangering the welfare of a child and menacing, police said. He was to be arraignment on today. Another rider turned himself in as well for breaking a window, but hasn't been charged yet.

The riders are all at fault in this mess and no one else. Their wrecklessness is evident at the beginning of the original video that was posted here as well as the ones that thegerg linked to.

I would say leave it; no amount of proof will change the minds of the people defending these idiots on toy bikes.

I am going to wait, buying a console at launch is normally a horrible idea, I'll just wait until we find out possible problems with the console and till they gets more games I am interested in.

Wii: nothing

PS3: Tales of Xillia 2, Tales of Symphonia Chronicles, Persona 5, Agent, The Last Guardian

Xbox 360: Fable Anniversery

Lol, nothing for the Wii.

samanthademeste

Tales of Symphonia Chronicles isn't exclusive, it was on Gamecube and the PS2, Persona 5 may not be an exclusive (we pretty much only know that it is coming out IIRC). For Agent and The Last Guardian :lol: I think they will be Playstation 6 exclusive, but don't get your hopes for them coming out this decade.

I would say that Congress and the White House is pretty much a huge daycare centers at this moment, but I don't think even little kids would be this stupid.

The problem is people with dangerous mental illness. In the US we don't really have a mental health care system for people who are dangerously unstable.

[QUOTE="lamprey263"][QUOTE="Serraph105"]

Perhaps republicans should explain why they don't give enough of a sh!t to look for solutions to gun violence when we have roughly eleven thousand homocides a year in the US.

Makhaidos

they do, their solution is that there wouldn't be gun violence if everybody was armed

Yeah, that worked so well at this recent shooting in the United States Navy yard.

Well it being at a Navy Yard doesn't matter on military bases only security can be armed. It isn't like a movie were you see people walking around with M16s and tanks driving around.

I am pretty much pro-gun, but never been a fan of open carry, and open carrying long guns make you look like an idiot.

[QUOTE="ultimate-k"]

I rather live in a place where you are aloud to defend yourself, and carry weapons to protect you, unlike here in England where you not even aload pepperspray, or even defend your own homes.

worlock77

I'd rather live in a place where we're taught how to spell "allowed".

Maybe he is saying that you shouldn't defend yourself in silent?
