In my current PC I have about 1.7TB used containing personal, work and school stuff, If the 4TB HDD werent so expensive compared to the 3TB I would have bought 2 of those as Ive notice that my job demands me more and more for a high capacity HDD, plus I have to back up my current stuff since both of my actual HDDs are aging and might not last that long

I was switching between the K and K-less version because the K version seems to swing in price a lot, for example this very moment both a priced exactly the same but a few days ago the K version pretty much had no discount and that was like a $40 difference, but since this price adjustment I will be switching to the K version.

I was going with that PSU just to play it safe since its priced very well for a modular PSU from the professional range

First of all there won't be such a thing as a 760 Ti. There's only the 760. Unless that gets announced, but I doubt that it will at this point. Then you'd probably wanna get the K version of that CPU. It will allow you to OC it and get more value out of it. Also I doubt you need 16GB of RAM. 8GB is perfectly fine for gaming. But if you plan to use this PC for software that benefits from more RAM, then dont mind me. Also I think you'd wanna spend for 15$ more for the Hyper 212 EVO instead. But if you don't plan to overclock, that one is fine I guess.

You know Nvidias obsession with filling in "the gaps" when it comes to cards and price brackets and now that the main 700 line has be released the fill in will start to roll most likely by the holidays or Q1 2014 but I have no real hurry (specially compared to the rest of the components), regarding the cooling I was trying to play it a bit safe since some of the more advance coolers seem to be quite big and I didnt want any surprises (like how some people comment that the big coolers sometime come very close to the RAM slots.

I am currently upgrading/pretty much rebuilding my gaming PC (its been 4 years since the last full upgrade) and this is the stuff I am planning to get

-Processor: Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz Quad-Core Desktop Processor

-Mobo: Gigabyte Z87 LGA 1150 ATX (GA-Z87X-UD3H)

-Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz

-HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3 TB HDD SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive

-External HDD: Seagate Expansion 3 TB USB 3.0 Desktop External Hard Drive

-PSU: Corsair Professional Series HX 750 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Gold (HX750)

-Case: NZXT Guardian 921 RB ATX Mid Tower Case, Black

-CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 101i

I am not 100% sure about the CPU cooler compatibility since there is no mention of the 1150 on Cool Master´s site despite LGA 155 compatible cooling solutions supposedly being the same size

In terms of GPU I have a GTX 660 OC that will probably be replaced with a GTX 760 Ti eventually

I am currently on a budget with some slight possibilities of extra cash to tweak stuff and I wanted to know if its enough to go around with a good gaming PC or there might be incompatibilities etc.

Feel free to add any suggestions or possible changes

Hi guys I need a little advice from people that might have had experience with the 360s VGA cables

The thing is my monitor is dying and with that monitor I was using my 360 with Component Cables and if I buy one of the new monitors (probably on december for the holidays) those only have HDMI, DVI and VGA, now since my 360 is not HDMI enabled I have to use the VGA cable, now the thing is...

-What is the whole ghosting deal? some people for example on Amazon mention ghosting on "higher resolutions"
-Will there be quality loss or any considerable difference with using VGA over Component or HDMI? Again people mention colors looking washed out
-Is the 360s VGA cables REALLY "HD"? and will using the DVI adapter secure DVI quality output?(or close) how about using a VGA to DVi with a DVI to HDMI adapters? he he
