whoops, I posted my last blog too soon, so now I'll finish it........first for the best news this year (yes it tops MGS on 360 and Beatles: Rockband) SCHOOL'S OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOMNESS!!!!!!! FINALLY BACK TO GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well E3 has come and gone, it's now my personal favorite of all time (not sayin much, I jus started watchin it back in 2006) and tons of games with lots of potential were announced/showed. so I shall compile a list for all readers everywhere......oh before I start, I'm gonna include games if they were announced like in the last week since there were an unusallly high amount of pre-E3 announcements. so here's the list:
APB..............not sure they can pull it off without having a complete lagfest but if they can, this could be awesome
Alan Wake.........interest peaked from the news from E3, but as I predicted earlier, pushed back ANOTHER year:P now in for a first half 2010 release
Alpha Protocol.........nearly a noshow at E3 but what it did who looked awesome.....one problem, I'm pretty sure no one can punch that fast.......except for Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris :P
Assassin's Creed II.........only reason I was interested in the first was the intruiging story, but this one might actually be FUN to play!!
Batman: Arkham Asylum......what little doubt I had in this game pre-E3 has now vanished......it's looking awesome, and I WANT it........if I was girl I'd make a completely inappropriate joke about wanting it IN me......
Battlefield 1943.......liking the katana and wrenche beatdowns, but mostly just to tide me over to.............
Battlefield: Bad Company 2.........it takes everything I loved about BF:BC1, kept it, took everything I hated, and murdered it, then made everything better......
Beatles: Rock Band........so, they take my favorite party game of all time, make the entire thing about my 2nd favorite band of all time.........now if it were Led Zeppelin, this would be the greatest game of this E3, but it's still awesome!
Borderlands......love the new artstyle, and 4 player co-op through the entire game (with splitscreen or LIVE!!!!!!)
Brutal Legend.....Love Tim Schafer's game......love Jack Black's humor.....love rock.....how can this be a bad thing?
Halo 3: ODST.......this is worthy of dropping the 3, just rename it Halo: ODST, Firefight mode seemse awesome, like halo, like the story setting....and it's halo, so it's definitely gonna be at least great.....
Mafia II........Loved the first one, this one likes it one-ups GTA in a lot of ways...
Mass Effect 2...........it's developed by bioware.......it's an RPG.........it's the sequel to my favorite game of 2007.....what can go wrong?
Metal Gear Solid Rising........sooooo it's metal gear on 360.....TAKE THAT SONY FANBOYS!!!!!!!! even though nothing but a teaser was shown, you can tell it's gonna be GOTY material....mos likely 2010 or maybe even 2011.....
Modern Warfare 2........daaaaaamn, that gun with the radar thing is great, it's CoD made by Infinity Ward........seriously I don't think much can go wrong.....
Pirates of the Caribbean: Armada of the Damned.........how the hell can this fit onto a game case???? but either way.....open world.....pirates.....yes me wants even though it was a E3 noshow
Singularity.....loved since the GI announcement back in January.....and their showing merely made me want it more.
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction.........took them long enough to show it.......and holy crap it looks awesome. I love that they lost the emo cut, but seriously, it's an entirely different game then what was shown 2? 3? years ago. and I'm loving it.

E3 was awesome, end of story..........the games were awesome, the news was incredible, and the only lagfest live vid was the ubisoft conference. The only bad thing is that emblems are coming to me.....I should have the Microsoft conference (watched the whole thing live) and day three E3 should also be there......oh well
hehheh, sorry for not bloggin in a long time (if anyone even reads this) well anyway, it pretty much stopped once I joined twitter (I'm character434 for those interested) but anyway, I saw Star Trek, yesterday, most likely the best movie I've seen this year........Wolverine was very meh, especially compared to Star Trek. It was funny how everyone knew all the ST people and the only things I knew about the ST universe was that there was Spock, Captain Kirk, Captain Picard, and the main ship was the USS Enterprise. I'll probably go see it in the theatre again just because it's awesome (maybe this saturday? hmmmmm) well in other news, since my last blog post, I've run out of LIVE gold, bought: Call of Duty 2, Mirror's Edge, Soul Calibur IV, Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts...........I'm not gonna be getting anything new for a while...... well that about wraps it up for this time, and I hope to put up a new blog around once every other week.....hopefully, but don't get your hopes up......
what happened? this isn't the GDC I remember.........so far, R.U.S.E is the only game I'm even remotely interested in......I just hope the last few days have some big announcements coming......
CELEBRATION! I GOT MY 360 BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this has got to be one of the fastest returns ever! (well, considering I live in Hawaii) I was like......what's in the package? I don't remember ordering anything)......I'm so happy right now too bad I just blew my money on computer games so no street fighter for now
Right when I needed, a ton of new games got announced (or I finally noticed) that look AWESOME (just look at BF:BC2 announcement and Battlefield 1943)! Here's 2009 games that I'm looking forward too:
Alan Wake...............supposedly coming out this year.....but that's what they said for 2008.......and 2007...

Dragon Age: Origins, Bioware's making it, it's a RPG, it's coming out this year, what's not to love?
Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard, like the concept, but the action has to stay with it to be worthwhile
Empire: Total War, really, really, really, really, really, REALLY want this game, but if my computer weeps when I play M2TW, it definitely can't play this one....
Fuel, Asobo Studios is making it (Dirt, Grid) and it looks awesome
Operation Flashpoint 2: Dragon Rising: Like the concept, but not sure if it can execute (flashpoint 1 was very meh)
Saboteur: Most likely in the top 3 most anticipated games on my list
Street Fighter IV: it's street fighter........what else can you say?
Tom Clancy's HAWX: looks like a great version of Ace Combat, and it's Tom Clancy, which means it'll at least get a 7.0
