How can I think it might flop? After playing it for 3 hours yesterday, it's literally exactly like the first one. I'm by no means saying it's bad, but compared to games like Oblivion and even the unreleased Fallout 3, it simply lacks in features and feels like an old RPG. You can't customize the characters face. You can't loot bodies. You can't pick up their weapons or clothing (They're in chests) The majority of the people in town you can't even talk to, so there's barely any type of conversation feature a la Oblivion. There's very limited magic customization. And there's tremendous slow down. Again, I'm not saying the game is crap, but I had to realize that I'm playing a dungeon crawler with a few extra features. It's just hard to love it when it lacks so many other features found in similar games. On the plus side though; The Dog was a great add on. The animation and combat look very cool. Kicking elf troll looking creatures off of cliffs is quite fun. The graphics look quite good. The way you travel and accept missions is the same as the first one (That being good or bad is up to you) Like I said, I only played it for 3 hours. So I'm not making final judgment here. From the amount I played, I don't see this scoring under an 8. But unless there's some fantastic material up ahead, it doesn't really deserve a 9+. dr-venkman

Yeah Dwarf was my Favorite as well,i also liked the Beastman/Bezerker in Golden Axe 3.

Sunn O))) is great times.i listened to the SunnO)))/Boris - Alter collab on Vinyl earlier today :D

its not no voice acting because it can't support it, its because link is to cool to talk....it wouldn't be a zelda game with voice acting because people would argue with what link should sound like.

funny how reviewers criticized TP for being the same as OoT,Yet i seem to recall GS reviewers practically wetting their pants to a certain 10/10 game for offering the same mechanics as it's predecessors but whatever...this is why i ignore scores/reviews

RB and GH rape the soul,creativity,artistic beauty out of music,i would rather much see kids picking up an instrument than play this game...much like how i see ipods as raping music.looking at a computer screen on your' mp3 player isnt the same as holding a 12" record in your hand and looking at the art layout.

but what do i know?.i'm a elitist snob that collects vinyl,and makes noise projects on a 4-track in my basement. )

i only buy exclusives on ps3 because multiplats are always better on 360 + XBL is way ahead of psn and also i prefer 360's controller

I generally buy multiplats on the ps3 since i know loads of people with ps3's plus online is free. Means an extra game this year :)

I'll be totally honest apart from mercinaries 2 I have not played much on the 360. Hopefully gears 2 will change that though.

Oh i know,because obviously paying a whopping $50 dollars for a prepaid 1 year gold card,or 20 for a 3 month is sooo gonna break bank..

...i feel its rather ironic that Ps3 fanboys complain about something costing money..seeing how ps3 fanboys are all pampered trustfund babies )
