Only played NG Sigma Plus. It's good but nothing special. I think the GOW are still more fun overall even if they require less skill than NG games.

I admit I'd be glad if it did happen. I'm really hate the way Microsoft announces deals with some of their exclusives. It always seems to happen to games that are already highly anticipated as multi-platform releases. Then shortly later, those titles are suddenly announced as MS exclusives. I'd be pretty angry if Sony or Nintendo pulled the same stunt as well.
