Holly cripes I'm getting a lot of random stuff from you guys. Gold accounts? Silver accounts? Live accounts? What's the diff between the 3? And where do I make an account of any of the 3?

My 360 won't be close to my modem because the TV in my room is just a 27 inch standard ef TV. I wanna use the one in the living room 42 inch plasma screen. Anyway, what do I need to do to get connection to my 360.

When you get your Xbox 360, and are connected to an Internet connection, you will see the on screen option to join Xbox Live.
There are two types of memberships. There is Silver which is the free membership, and there is Gold which is a paid membership.

So, you'll click on Join Xbox Live, and you'll have to fill out some fields with the help of the on-screen keyboard. One of the fields will allow you to choose your Xbox Live GamerTag. This is how you will be known in the Xbox Live World. Please note, that no credit card is required to sign up for Xbox Live, unless you choose to extend your membership later on.

After you go through creating your GamerTag you will be logged into Xbox Live. You will notice that you are currently at Gold Status. This is a complimentary limited offer from Microsoft, so you can try out the full Xbox Live Gold experience. After the trial period is up, then you are back at Silver status. Silver status allows you to download game demos, purchase games, videos, etc. from the Xbox Live Marketplace. Gold allows you all those features, plus the ability to play online against other people around the world.

There is an Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter from Microsoft. It costs about $100. It's very easy to use.
It just snaps on the back of the console, plug in the USB cable right into the back of the console.
Power up the Xbox 360, and chances are that it will automaticly detect your current wireless network.

I hope this helps, and enjoy your Xbox 360! 8)

I checked out GameSpot's Stage Demo of Madden NFL 08. I think the game looks great!
EA has added some nice features to the game, and it's running at 60 frames-per-second on the Xbox 360.

This game is definitely on my must purchase list. :)
