The prior PSP GTA games were amazing, I honestly couldn't imagine playing up/down view.

God of War is the best game in all that you named, and I cannot give you my opinion on Silent Hill: Origins as I have yet to play it.

I hear that pspvideo9 works, I currently use DVDVideoSoft for all of my large movie and video files, and it works like a charm, the best video quality I've seen on PSP.
