Mutant Babies Attack!

New additions to the clone army, they will viciously attack anything that moves, slaughtering the innocent in their path to achieve whatever fowl goal they have been programmed to carry out.

These creatures against nature are truly soulless beings, and have only the intent of finishing their mission to spread the clonium, and create mass armies of enigmatic, featureless clones to obey my command.

Another After Hours Blog

So, I actually watched from begining to end on this one. Rather than some people, who just wanted the badge. Yeah, surprising that I actually did something on the site which gets you a badge. :P

Anyway, these are my thoughts on the whole thing.

Game Demos were good. Everyone enjoys seeing something that they haven't had the chance to play themselves yet. A look into the future PS3, and a few great looking games. Bioshock looked pretty sweet, and hopefully I'll have some money by the time the game and hardware comes out. Probably not, though.

Homer Cam was less than great. Homer was amusing, but nothing I'd want to watch for six hours (which is why I didn't). For the most part, I only watched when there was nothing else good on the main stage. When Homer got boring I tended to switch to the GamePlay channel but I'll talk about that further down.
The only part of Homer Cam which I was really liking was when he was watching and talking to people playing games that haven't gotten coverage on other channels.

The GamePlay channel was cool. I'm probably one of the few people who can be easily amused watching other people play games as well as getting my own chance to play. I didn't really care about what game it was, because they were all new to me. I liked watching people get wiped out and smashed by other people.

The Confessional was fairly boring to me. I guess it's cool to get the views of people around, and what they think of the games, and what's going on. I just really wasn't intersted in the opinion of the average gamer when I could be watching the game being played, or seeing a new game being talked about and played on the stage floor.

Music wise, I thought it was going to suck as soon as Midnight Brown started playing. I'm as into joking around as any other person even in terms of music, but this just bored me. I ended up just watching gameplay footage, and chatting on MSN.
Then MC Chris came on stage. He wasn't anything outstanding, but his music was original and fun at the same time. Hell, at least he had a god damn personality. Joking around with the audience, getting them into the music. I would have loved to be at this event just to be there while he played.

Over-all this was a pretty great show. Good job Game Spot, I approve. If you missed it, I advise you go to the after hours section and check out some of the videos.

And now for a plug for my forum:

Back from suspension...

Honestly; this is probably the most irritatingly stupid suspension I've ever had. Two days for two seperate suspensions.
The first one was implying that my friend played with one of her "toys," during church, and the other was for saying "+1" for a post. Granted, one was sexual, but was not at all as bad as I've seen many people post on the very subject. The other was just plain stupid. I understand just deleting the post, but the post was on a damn spam thread, so it was not like I was wasting any precious space.
Anyway, enough of my ranting...

While I was suspended I had some time to fool around in photoshop again, which is always fun. I made a banner, two signatures, a tag and an avatar. 8)

First off, the Avatar:

I don't know what inspired me to do it, but I just had to. While was making it, I kept laughing at how dumb it was.

Two signatures:

This one is from the series Shuffle!, and the character's name is "Asa Shigure." I think the signature turned out pretty good, except for one obvious flaw (which I will let you figure out)

The only problem I have with this one is the dull-ness of the render's colors.

The tag:

I know it's not the best I've made, but I got lazy. :P

The banner:

I made a thumb-nail because I didn't want to stretch-out my blog post and make you all scroll side to side to read it.

Post any thoughts/critique or just anything that comes to mind.

Tags of boredom!!!!

So I was bored tonight, and I decided to have some fun with photoshop. I rarely get the chance to make tags, because I never use them, but felt like taking the time and having some fun with it.

Here is another thing I did tonight. I keep seeing all these iTunes/iPod parodies, so I decided to make one of my own. It's not that great, but I like it.

Now that I remember, I made a pop-out signature about a month ago I never used. I was suspended, so I couldn't post it in a blog. I like it, but not enough to use.

Post any thought/ratings/critique you guys want. Hell, go off the subject if you feel like it. God knows the spam nazis are patrolling the forums.

This Is The Cheer For CENSORSHIP

Yes, I understand that it is up to the website to decide upon their censorship standards, and they're not obligated by any government organization to keep freedom of speech readily available.
My point is this: Stop making retarded moderations based on personal belief and biases. A day or two ago they started banning Roll Call threads. Now, I don't really mind, but the idea behind them saying it's spam is retarded. We all knew Roll Call threads were spam to begin with, and many of the moderators still allowed it. To ban something because it doesn't create "conversations" that moderators decide are worth posting is completely power-hungry. I get that there are plenty of petty children whining about it, but what has really changed? Nothing.
There is plenty more obvious spam on Game Spot, and Roll Call threads are not where to start.
Now, don't get me started on how [some of] my own moderations are completely opinion-based, and completely ignorant. Yes, it's moderation discretion, but that is not an allowance to moderate what ever the hell you want.
I guess I should stop complaining, if I really wanted to go find a forum that didn't have such out-of-whack moderating styles, I probably should, but I'm lazy so I complain.

ConformestClone is back.

Hey, all.
Yes, I am back from an extended absense. Blame GameSpot. Granted, I was suspended for offending people (as I do a lot) on the forums, but it seems there was a glitch. Rather than a seven day suspension, I got three damn weeks. Oh well, though right?
Anyway, I'm back, but probably wont be on as often as previously.
Thanks to:
*-Keel-_basic for posting the problem on Ask The Mods.
*JustPlainLucas and spazzx625 for helping out. I don't know which of you did what, but you both noticed the problem.

Interesting, to say the least.

A little back story:
Well, I've been trying to get into this program called "High-School Completion" for about two weeks now. I decided to get into this program because, well, I'm doing terrible in school. Admittedly, it's my fault. I can't stand the way classes are presented, and it bores the hell out of me. I don't have the attention -span for doing any homework, and rarely school work. I guess you could say I'm not really cut out for public education.
High School completion is pretty basic. They give you as many opprotunities to gain credit outside of school, and in school as possible. You earn credits by doing packet-like work, instead of home-work, and uselss projects. It gets done faster, and easier. I have about 10.5 credits to go, as a Senior, so even with this course I'm probably going to be going to High-School for another quarter next fall. Oh well, my own fault.

Back To The Story:
Well, I woke up this morning, took a shower, and got back in bed for a quick nap as usual. This is when I noticed how nice and sunny it was outside. Quite a feat for Oregon weather, considering it was hailing yesterday, or the day before (hell if I can remember). So I was lying there, still in my birthday suit from the shower, and covered by a warm blanket. I looked outside, and felt a relaxation feeling filling my body. I don't really know how to explain it. Usually when you lie down it's just, "Mmm. This is better than walking." No. This was "This is so pleasant. Everything is just right." It was great. I could tell the day was going to turn out good from the start.
Skip a head a few hours, and I'm at lunch with my friends, just hanging out, and enjoying the food (if you can call what they shell out at school 'food') we bought ourselves, and talking. The bell rang, and, as usual, I skipped what class I should have been going to (actually, I'm supposed to be taking second lunch, so I was already skipping) and went into the art room. The teacher there couldn't care less, I suppose. I've been doing this for about two weeks. Anyway, I had a nice chat with a few friends I had in there, then it was time for second lunch.
While I was standing there conversing with a couple more of my
acquaintances, my friend Shyanne came up to me, and asked if I wanted to go to lunch. We've been going out to lunch a lot, because her mother is allowing her to take the car out for school and whatnot. Anyway, we go to Mc. Donald's, and order the usual glob of food they serve out and head back to school.
So, about an hour of class, and I go to this meeting for High-School completion. I get picked up by my Mom, and we head over there. The meeting with the guy in charge of High-School Completion was awesome. He basically said that he will give me as many ways to cheat the system and get credits where a lot of people can't-- unless you're in the program, hah!

Conclusion:
I know this probably isn't very interesting, and very anticlimactic, but I don't care. I felt like writing this down, and getting it out of my head. Today was pretty good, and had an over-all great feeling to it, even though I was running on about an hour or two of sleep.
I start class tomorrow, and get there by riding the city bus, which is always fun.

Old New and the Common

The old:
I had a fun time making this one. I made it quite a while ago, just messing around with images on photoshop. Good fun.

The New:
Well, I felt a little inspired to go fool around with Photoshop, again... so I did. Anyway. this is the result, and I kind of like it.:)

The Common:

So, everyone now has a tag, and so I felt like making my own, to feel special. I wanted to make it different from everyone else's so it's rad, just like me.

If you feel like rating, or critiquing, it would be much appreciated. :)
