I didn't read through all the comments but I hope someone mentioned that all this talk about copying is for not considering the competitive nature of the gaming industry it doesn't surprise me that Sony included motion sensing into their controller. As far is them stealing the technology, the Wii controller is infrared, thus you have to point the damn thing at the system. The sony controller uses sensors to recognize the motion of the controller, much different. Go to an arcade and play any game with a light gun...there you go you just played the Wii...it's stupid and ancient technology that breaks very easily. While I could care less if my controller senses motion or not, Sony definitely took the better route here.

I don't mean to offend anyone with the next statement but i don't know any other way to say it:

Do you guy really think you're smarter than some of the people running Sony?...I mean come on it's a multibillion dollar corporation...I'm sure they're smart enough to know what they can get away with..considering that they have god knows how many lawyers working for them...In short Sony is not getting sued by anyone.
