Would there be any point to owning a Wii?

Imagine X-Sports, a high definion, more fleshed-out version of Wii Sports that supports full Xbox Live online multiplayer capabilities...

You know they're working on it. Its just a matter of putting together a controller that doesn't infringe on Wiimote patents. I expect something out this holiday season.

The best of both worlds.. awesome Xbox 360 graphics, sound, power, combined with the Wiimote-style controls. I can play my Gears 2, AND a souped up Wii Sports / Boom Blox..

You do have an excellent point. I know everyone will hate you for it, but, graphics and multiplayer with motion sensing is a hit. The haters will whine and cry, but, if Microsoft releases a motion control saber, IM getting it, and so are the people whining about it.
