Agree with you 100%. It's a nice break from MP like BC or MW.

I will say though I hope they don't intend to expand it further. Bioshock 2 was always great because of single player for me, and I want it to stay great. When adding more and more things for MP the original campaign gets less attention.

Every game you mentioned deserves a 8.5 or even better a 8. Gow might deserve more, or not. Who knows. Gamespot is probably a fairer rating system compared to the rest.

I think so. It's not like the campaign has much too it. So it's either play with random people, or play in groups of people you know. The latter is obviously better but random people aren't that forsaken.

Depends on what your going for. Some people like killing zombies, some prefer humans. I personally would rather keep my L4D2 even though I don't play it often, for the simple fact that you can be infected and versatile game modes that are all really interesting. But if you like the fast paced, leveling systems that World at War has I'd go for that. All about your preferred way to spend time mindlessly killing things :)

I find it all around easier. In Bioshock 1 I died a lot. Especially with those dang Big Daddies This one I got through without using a vita-chamber once, almost always had the max carrying eve/health kits. I don't know, maybe all the practice with the first just prepared me but this one seemed easier. Though, I did like the hard fight with the big sisters. they where a nice change of pace.

The only games I have lined up to get are Fable 3, Skate 3, and maybe, maybe Halo Reach if the producers are conceiving enough.

I agree with quite a few people that already posted here. I loved the first game, but the second was so-so. It just seemed like a repeat of the first. But, with the things I've researched about it recently (Not much out yet...) and the more touch-aspects of the game I am excited as hell. It will be a game I get near right away when available, as the series always was for me. Maybe it's just nostalgia of being one of the first games I ever obsessed over. Regardless, I always liked the storyline and the dog was badass in the second one. Plus, the other idea of more co-op intensive will be pretty cool. I just hope they follow through with the whole "A lot more touch aspects" because that will make the game feel a lot more released and enjoyable. Don't fail me now, Lionhead

Being a fan of the previous ones I kinda liked it. But it's nothing like the others and has some major flaws. Rentable, not really worth buying in my opinion.

Like the person above said, there are 6 possible endings. A good, neutral, and bad. The thing is, there are other spoiler aspects that effect the ending also. All you need is one harvest and your set for neutral hands down. If I went in any more depth, it would contain some major spoilers
