Depends on your size as well, ever since I hit puberty I've been the size I am now, I weigh 270 lbs now, around the time I was benching 320 lbs I weighed around 250 lbs, as long as you can bench over your body weight youre doing better than alot of people, you do alot of rowing so I imagine you have a pretty strong upper bodydouble_decker

True, I wouldn`t be surprised if I could bench a lot more than I could. I haven`t weighed myself in a very long time, but I`d say I`m around 150-160, I`m kind of short so I don`t weigh much. And the last time I even attempted to bench press was in grade 8, I was significantly skinnier then because I had no extracurricular physical activity. Maybe one of these days I`ll head down to the gym, lift some weights.

Yeah but I used to lift all the time and box back then, now I could probably only bench 280 lbs or sodouble_decker

That`s pretty damn good, and boxing seems like great thing to get into. I wish I could lift more, but what can you really expect from a 16 year old

Yeah, I miss benchpressing but I don't have a lifting partner anymore, I used to be able to bench around 320 lbsdouble_decker

If I tried right now, I could probably do... 30kg :lol: Then again, I haven`t even attempted to bench press in a while so I wouldnt know

I see, I used to be really in shape but with age I have gotten lazy, I lugged 4 loads of wood today though:)double_decker

I see, sounds like good exercise, I should do that sometime, I'm getting out of shapedouble_decker

I'm preparing for the next regatta. Me and my partner for the double are working our butts off, but yes, good exercise, it works a lot of muscles. Thats why I'm so sexay 8)

Not so much, Erging is actually a rowing on the machine. Its hard work, I got 7:34 for a 2k, not bad for me.
