Console gamers get local multiplayer, PC gamers get dedicated servers which destroy matchmaking. I think that's a fair trade off.

PC gamers aren't trying to convert anyone. Anyone who does so is just a fanboy. Stop generalizing.

The first PC I ever owned I put together myself and so on.

the answer comes down to prejudice. people are simply bias against the pc based on unfounded predisposed reasons.
