For me, Halo. I like both series alot, but Halo is definitely my favorite. No other shooter lets me and my friends have so much ridiculously crazy fun, be it in campaign or multiplayer.

I don't want a zombie apocalypse at all, but one of my friends seriously does. He's full of baloney, he can barely handle an hour long power outage and never shot a gun in his life lol.
First one is Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, second is Seven Samurai, third is Enter the Dragon? And of the combat on your list, my absolute favorite would be gun slinging but I like all of them lol.
Wow... they can make Lei Fang attractive, but make Hitomi look like her face got hit by a truck... >_>Zeviander
Good, I'm not the only one who thought Hitomi looked like she was turning into a zombie. Really hoping they've changed that by now.
While Battlefront 3 or Republic commando 2 would be great, there are so many other FPS games coming out soon. I'm really hoping for a space combat game, like a new Rogue Squadron. An RPG wouldnt be too bad either, but SWTOR just came out.
If it's a purely singleplayer game it would have to be between 10-15 hours. If there's multiplayer it should be a minimum of 8 hours.
I liked the Frieza saga because there was always a new enemy, and then you had Goku become a super saiyan and the huge fight with frieza. I like the rest, but it seems odd that Goku was the first super saiyan in 1000's of years because it's such a legendary status, but then all of a sudden you have everyone becoming a super saiyan left and right. And in the Buu saga apparently 2 little kids turned into super saiyans pretty easily.
I love Halo, but Reach IMO was pretty awful. Nobody is giving 343 a chance. How does the multiplayer "fail" if your complaint is that it uses a different ranking system? Reach ranked how much you played, not how good you were. It needed to change, and the new way it works is a pretty good idea. Armor abilities are here to stay, and our new ability to make custom loadouts seems good.
And whats with all the no more Firefight complaining? It didnt work in Halo. Halo is not a game built around sitting back and defending, the design is more built for going out there and getting the bad guys. In the ridiculous amount of time I've played Reach I rarely touched Firefight. You were forced to sit back and fight with the DMR long range and if you attack you get punished by being mowed down immediately. With this new Spartan Ops mode, we're going to get maps specifically designed with 4 people in mind and made to play to Halo's strengths. If you really want a survival mode that bad, you can play the multitude of other games that feature them (I would recommend Gears of War 3).
People really need to take a chill pill and wait till we actually see the game in action before deciding what to think. It's strange, people complain when COD comes out and is virtually unchanged from last year, but when a game actually takes risks and changes things up people get upset and want things to stay the same.
As a massive fan of Halo ever since the first game, I can assure you that Halo is not, in fact, the best FPS in history. On the Xbox, sure. On consoles, maybe. Ever? No. Halo's an amazing series, but the honor of best in history would go to something like DOOM for establishing the FPS, or Half Life for revolutionizing it.
