you realize what you wrote right?...when you upgrade your harddrive..the new one is empty while the old one being removed contains all your saves and what nots...correct? so in order to upgrade and keep your saves buy an enclosure for the new harddrive and transfer the data...or any other way of method you like
i as well run a cooler fan on my ps3 both sides the back and the side. have the adjustable speeds...yes the faster the louder but not too loud..the speed at which i keep it at is unnoticable and i do find that it helps out the console as i too run it for long periods of time. sometimes my brother doesnt turn it off...NEVER gets hot

In one of the first responses to a comment they say it's not for gta.
well my copy GTA IV has been freezing from day one, and I can tell you the 2.35 did nothing to fix it. It still freezes after about 2-3 min of playing, and thats if i can get past the first loading screen... I sure hope they fix it soon.
ive had no problems with my gta at all...not one freeze nothing with over 50hrs most likey fixing some of the problems ppl have with gt5 and some other titles..
