yes but this will have npc's in it. Which is awesome, but not the same as what Day Z SA will be bringing to the table. I will play both honestly. Also state of decay is single player and more about goofy cartoon fun. Class 4, there soon to be attempt at an mmo will be multi-player but if it is still cartoony and goofy fun then I would play Day Z SA more.
you seriously need to do your research before claiming such dribble. There is plenty of proof that they started dev in january 2012. right when Day became popular. They did however have the idea for a more linear npc filled game written down on a beer stained bar napkin as far back as two years ago.
A few things to clear up in this video. Zombies are easy to loose if you break line of sight.
Zombies in War Z aggro from very far away also and can aggro when you think your safe.
Food and basic items rarely spawn now in the latest patch to promote the cash shop.
When your Charachter dies in War Z you can pay Real world cash to be revived instantly.
War Z by all definition IS a mod. They added a new map and some zombie to War Inc, nothing else.
What do I think about the two?
Well first off, War Z is a scam, plain and simple. They already announced that their small dev team of maybe 25 people will be making two new games to release by the end of the year. War Z will not be finnished and it will suffer the same fate as War Inc did when War Z was announced.
Day Z's stand alone is revamping the engine to allow for an MMO Framework. Items that have degradation. An new inventory management system and a revamped map with more enterable buildings and new interiors and textures. Basically a whole new game from the mod.
@NBKNAS lol, that was a terrible post. You just referenced MMO's, of course those require you to be online, there is no single player. Not everyone has internet and now they are purposely cutting out profit for themselves. Seems self destructive.
