Is it HDMI 1.3? will the xbox360 now support dolby true hd and dolby digital plus via hdmi?

if it doesnt that I will just upgrade the hard drive and use the vga cable instead with my white version.

Also I was wondering since hdmi 1.3 supports super audio cd's and dvd audio if xbox will now support these formats
