It's the magic factor. Same for me with Skyrim vs. Morrowind. No matter how many GTA games come our you'll never get that feeling back.

The reviewer gave it a 9 because the way it portrays women. That's why people are upset.

My wife won't a GTA game enter our home. Guess I'll stick to watching Let's Plays after she goes to bed.

I think you need to consider the genre. Adventure game wise maybe it is a 9.5 compared to other adventure games. But I do agree with you on LoU getting a 8. Played the entire game and it deserves a 9.0 or better.

Agree Logic. My big game was Dark Age of Camelot. But no matter how many times I go back to the game I never get that same feeling I had the first few months I played. Same goes with the memories of my brother and I playing Rygar all night can never be recreated. I did recently get a Gamecube again and I'm enjoying watching my kids play Animal Crossing and Super Smash. Guess it's their turn to build the memories.
