Wasteland came out in 1988.  Its considered a true classic and one of the greatest RPGs of all time (PC wise anyways)

Yup, a real CPRG. I put $30 down on this one as I was a huge fan of the original (as well as FO 1& 2). The game should be shipping with the WL1, might go through that since its been yeras since I lsdt played it

On the surface the first is cliche, but once you go into the backstory there is more to it (this means reading all the codex stuff). The premise of the second is interesting and there were some good deas there, it's just that everything was poorly implemented
