I don't think that is right. Yes people are grown and they are also connected to the Matrix while they are grown. Your life in the Matrix coincides with your body growing in the fluid tubs. It would be easy to associate a new growing baby in the tub to a virtual couple that is "trying to have a baby". Now obviously there would be issues, like the baby looking like the actual parents, which would be solved by the machines taking DNA from the real bodies of the people that are virtually having sex to make the baby. How else would they grow humans anyway? DNA/sperm/egg samples and test tube babies.

[QUOTE="hippiesanta"]

so it seems to be okay is a female artist sing about their dominance and criticise male society... just look at beyonce for example

but if a Male artist sings about male power, he will be critisise and accused for being s@xist, especially by various woman's right movement

Netherscourge

It's called status-quo.

The status-quo has white/males running everything right now, and it's been that way for like the past 10,000 years.

Until that changes, the status-quo will be attacked and it will not be considered sexist or racist to attack white/males in position of power.

IMO - just deal with it. White/males have nothing to complain about and no grounds for any complaint.

That's funny cause there was a Persian Empire and it sure as hell wasn't 10,000 years ago. Persians are hardly "White" by anyones standards. Oh and before that there was a pretty powerful dominant Egyptian Culture and I'm pretty sure they aren't considered "White" either. In fact I think it's only been in the last 2000 to 3000 years that WHITE MALES have really been running the world starting with the Roman Empire's expansionist tendencies and leading to the British and American Empires of the last few centuries.

[QUOTE="LightR"]Battlestar Galactica is a great sci fi show.blueboxdoctor

I tried getting into it, but ended up missing too many episodes, though I may try again.

Never saw Firefly, but have heard good things about it.

All four seasons are on Netflix. I agree, fantastic series.

You want HDD space? Stop buying it pre-loaded and a total rip off from Sony (or Microsoft for that matter). Buy the system with the barest HDD and upgrade yourself!

I am not even joking when I say this, there are 2TB sata drives for $75 right now. Using a RAID 5 system of multiple 500 GB drives in a platter, so as not to cause issues with hardware that can't deal with HDDs larger than 500 GB. This goes for home computers as well as consoles, stop handing these companies wads of cash for lesser storage space!

As for your question about where the line is, that's a personal issue. If you have gained less than half the space on the drive you just bought then yes I would probably agree with you that it is a rip off, honestly. I also agree with others, this is not an issue you need to post about PS3s in particular as it is universal with any hardware that uses HDDs. Also, this is hardly the first instance of a piece of hardware without the most in depth technical information about a particular thing you want to do with it (transfer) in documentation. In fact, for many companies it is more cost effective to release instructions and documentation digitally on their websites from their databases. I have read certification guides (Comp TIA A+, Networks +, etc.) that have a retarded amount of information and still found myself Googling things on occasion because the documentation is not as clear as I need it to be.

I can't find any info on the MP of these games. Is it confirmed or not? I absolutely loved the MP in all three of these games! It was a refreshing change from FPS multiplayer I normally play. I have to say that this is a buy or not issue for me. I've played the single player and loved it, but without that innovative MP I have to admit I will probably skip this trilogy :(

In all seriousness what do people make of the almost daily hack attacks against gaming websites, log in servers, network servers and the like. As someone working in IT I have seen quite an increase in attacks. DoS attacks are uncommon where I work, but malicious attacks like virus' meant to disrupt anti-virus software from working so key loggers and other such software can get in is common. State systems, Bank databases and the like have been breached for obvious reasons: money and ID theft, but I wonder about the gaming related hacking.

Why do you think gaming has been targeted in particular? Is it so popular that there is a ridiculous amount of personal info to steal? Is there corporate espionage behind the specific sites and services that have been attacked? Is it easy to do as the mainstream will think "So, what it's video games"? Thoughts?

The old cole was great when he was pissed off, but any other emotion (sarcastic, happy, etc) it just sounded awkward... this guy actually has range. I went in thinking I was going to hate the new guy with a passion, but I actually like the character more nowEssian
Totally in agreement.

I am getting it. DS was a personal favorite, this looks like it will be just as good. Is it looking similar? Yeah, but I don't see that as a bad thing. There's something more, um, colorful from the screenshots I've seen. New environments will be welcome.

Yes, that's where I stand. It has everything to do with the stupid glasses. I would be willing to upgrade to a 3D HDTV next time, but I won't because of the glasses. What if I have 4 or more people and we want to watch a movie? I am not buying 4 sets of glasses just in case I have too many people over. And what about the kids? My 6 year old's head is way smaller than mine, now I have to buy special kid size glasses? Ah , yeah, no.
