So I was playing DayZ just casually exploring the woods, when suddenly I teleport to a lighthouse in the middle of an empty field, with NPCs shooting at each other while the nursery rhyme "It's raining, it's pouring" was being sung in a young girl's voice.

Definitely Sleeping dogs. Might even pre purchase it on steam, the game looks great.
