[QUOTE="DA_B0MB"]Not that big of a splash, but then again this was set to be a pretty lame off season aside from the inevitable Halladay trade.X360PS3AMD05Solid pick-up, if the Yankees got him for long relief you would be ecstatic............ I know he was one of the bigger arms out there but this off season is pretty dull considering John Lackey headed the entire pitching class.

A VERY awkward spring training awaits... lol.
If there had to be an "America's team" right now it would certainly be the Saints. Not to sound too corny, but they'd be the epitome of the American dream if they go 19-0 considering how they were never even close to this good. They are, at this point in time, a much more likable bunch than the Colts who won the Superbowl several years ago. The Saints have never even been to the Superbowl.
[QUOTE="DA_B0MB"]I don't take the Cowboys or the Giants seriously at this point as far the te NFC East is concerned. The Giants have been average at best since losing Plaxico and the Cowboys will need a ton of good bounces just to finish the season at 10-6. I wouldn't count on that from Dallas though. Romo breaks down when needed most. With a playoff berth on the line last year he was a major reason the Cowboys lost the game 44-6 lol. BobblesHow about the game before that, which would have locked up a playoff spot? The defense let the team down by giving up back-to-back 70+ yard TD runs. Romo brought them back in that game, but the defense gave it up. The Egals game wasn't entirely his fault either, sure he sucked, but no one on that team even looked remotely motivated to beat them. Yeah but who remembers that game? In the end it came down to the final game of the regular season and the Cowboys got stomped with Romo at the helm. End of story.
