Yes it comes with web browser out of the box.

Yes the Wifi thingy works.

Not really Youtube works but im unsure about newgrounds because that runs flash.

Its as fast as your router.

Yes Wii Sports is actually quite enjoyable and creating Mii's and Everybody Votes Channel are also quite enjoyable.
