i do not know..... but isn't that one of the CD's that you have to buy in one of the stores in-game??
shooter games use it..... phantom hourglass uses the triggers for taking your equipped item out to use.....
i use mine, and besides a slight glare on the screen while playing outside, i can't tell a difference.....
