The two GRAWS for the 360 has the option to use 3rd or 1st person view in single player campaign. I use that view exclusively since I think it gives a better feeling of immersion.
I'm going to have to go with when I played them rather than publishing dates.

There are a few programs, basically interfaces for dice rolling, map and image sharing. I've never used them myself since I game with friends who live in town, but try asking on rpg.net's forums. I think one of the programs were simply called WEBRPG.
Also, Neverwinter Nights 2 (and 1?) and Vampire supported realtime dungeon mastering through their module building software.
