here's the difference in a nutshell
the men and women that died for our country were ready to die..the people that lost they're lives in the 9/11 terroist attacks weren't. how can you even compare the two?
not it wont work, it will just create inflation, giving people that much money wont do anything but increase the prices of everything across the board. 10 dollar movie tickets with be 100 dollar movie tickets etc. regardless of how much money you give it wont do anything really but hurt everyone. it is no different from giving 2 million to everyone. the tax rebate didnt do anything neither would have a bill that gave money to people(note the bill that was declined today isnt giving money to people but banks)
for some reason I can handle people singing all other types of music badly.. but not rap. I don't know why, maybe because it sounds somewhat mocking when its done wrong... perhaps I read into it too much *shrug*FragTycoon
I agree it is not something i will would pull out when my friends(majority white) come over.
