[QUOTE="TreyPhan82"]hmm...favorite track off Aquemini?

can't decide between the title track, liberation or chonkyfire.

"the south got somethin to say"
Orlando_Magic

I can't even decide. Toss up between Synthesizer, Liberation, Da Art of Storytellin Pt. 1, and Aquemini prolly for me.

Aquemini = one of the greatest rap songs ever :)

How can using the simple technique of speeding up soul samples make you a great producer and as much as i hate puffy No way out >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> college drop out>>>>>>>>LR.And as far as mag ratings go only the source ratings from up till 96 can be used to say if an album is classic or not. There havent been any classics since 96.Although nas came close with stillmatic.

What do you think of Outkast- Aquemini....

i love it especially Skew it on the Bar-B, but it drags during some of the really long songs and too many skits, but very good

Like what songs? Liberation and Spottieottie are crazy and those are the two longest songs.

Liberation is probably my least favorite song, its not bad, its just too long. Chonkyfire ishes all over it

So you like Mamacita more than Liberation:? Liberation is easily one of the best songs on Aquemini, the only mediocre song is Mamacita.

agreed...I always skip Mamacita

[QUOTE="Lakersman2000"][QUOTE="MGSfan4life"][QUOTE="Aljosa23"]He got a XXL rating for both "College Dropout" and "Late Registratention" so that's pretty amazing right there.elpooz

XXL ratings don't really carry that much weight.

college dropout is one of the best albums of the decade though.....

No It's not

yea, it is

No, it isn't.

meh...I always enjoy free music, but none of these artists really appealed to me from the first Chrome Children except for Madlib. I'll check out the new Madlib tracks, thats probably it.

the first rap song i remember enjoying was Biggie & Puff - More Money More Problems...and I was pretty much obsessed with it. the second song I remember liking was Juvenile - Back That Ass Up the first rap album I ever bought was Nelly - Country Grammar :? this board played a huge part in getting me into good rap music though :)
