@sakaixx: that's what really caught my attention too, doesn't make any sense. It's a regular drama and the 2nd remake of an old movie so it's not even an original drama. Too many Gaga fans I guess :P.

Personally I'm glad it did so well, I like it when critics get ignored, they love trashing movies just for the sake of it.

I think we all expect it to happen but no one wants it to. I definitely hope he sticks around in some capacity, at least popping up in future Avengers.

I really wanna play this one, glad it's keeping the ball rolling on the revival of the series.

@mrbojangles25: doesn't it help with immersion to play your own gender? It's usually only a benefit in RPGs but at this point they're basically action RPGs without the leveling.

@gotrekfabian: I love Lara and TR, but when it comes to having a choice (usually an RPG) I choose male for the sake of immersion. So I also don't understand choosing the opposite gender when you can choose your own. To each their own, I'm just saying there's a considerable benefit to play what you are.
