@BovineDivine: I'd say the first 4 were a natural progression, 5th maybe a bit too actiony, 6 is where they really lost it. This was just them jumping on the first person horror bandwagon because they saw all the big youtube gamers get tons of views playing them.

@biggamerdude: it really isn't, that's a genre. This is almost literally the Outlast 2 demo with guns and a few zombies towards the end.

Sorry but I hate that they turned it into Outlast with guns, this isn't RE. They went too far into action QTE nonsense with 6, and now too far into generic first person horror with hillbillies.
