Why are you defending a debunked conspiracy theory by attacking well established facts?

It's not a fact it's a empty statement meant to mislead readers who won't bother to investigate further.

You yourself seem to be incapable of breaking down the statement and putting into context. (Probably because you can't find a link to do it for you.)

In fact every time you are challenged, you post another link and say "facts", "debunked conspiracy theory".

You posted the propaganda in this thread.

You just repeated propaganda and when I questioned you on this propaganda you dodged because you know you don't have a leg to stand on.

No I posted facts. You're ignoring facts.

You're ignoring the question and doubling down because you know you can't answer it.

If your position was solid you would have more than "You're ignoring facts". The facts are you can't defend what you posted.

@Damedius: Citation? Several countries wanted Shokin out.

You are making wildly contrarian claims.

What do you mean by that exactly?

That is just propaganda that you are repeating.

Break it down and put it into context.

@Damedius: You do know that the US and other countries wanted that prosecutor removed because he didn't go after corruption?

He also didn't set the policy.

The more you know.

What exactly do you mean by "the US and other countries wanted that prosecutor removed"?

Surely you don't mean the people in those countries. Most people in the US had no idea who that person was at the time.

I think a more accurate statement would be that certain members in the US administration at the time wanted him removed and replaced with someone more favorable to their interests.

@Damedius: Every single fact checkers who has looked at this Biden and Shokin nonsense has debubked it.

You have not refutes a dozens or so fact checkers. You have yet to even refute one with citation.

You lost this debate because you can not counter the facts presented with your own verified sources.

P.S. N64DD is just trolling me. It speaks volumes that he's the only person who agrees with you whining that someone decimated you with sources vs. armchair theory.

So Biden didn't say what he said in the video because your "fact checker" says he didn't.

This explains a lot. You take the word of "fact checkers" over your own eyes and ears.

@Damedius: opinions don't trump facts.

Your opinion can be 2+2=5, and then claim that it's just ignore proof that 2+2=4

Exactly.

When I post a video of Biden saying something, that shows that he said it. That is a fact.

When someone links a "fact checker" stating that Biden didn't say it and calls it a fact, that is an opinion. An opinion that is objectively wrong.

Your fact check says he did not say what he clearly said in the video. How are we supposed to take them as reliable?

Get ready for more random links that speak for him/her. I've never seen him/her actually type out his/her own thoughts.

It's definitely frustrating because he just tends to ignore your points, post more links, calls them facts and claims he won.

You have to waste so much time going through his links and pick them apart. Even when you do he just ignores it and posts more links.

Did we just go through a time warp here?

How did Daria's citation appear on the article Pam used when the Washington Post only used her because Pam quoted the article? Is this some kind of articleception?

They explain it better,

But hers is a wildly misleading presentation of what happened.

Shokin was under fire from a number of international organizations and leaders at the time that Biden leveraged U.S. aid to call for his firing. He was seen by the administration of Barack Obama and others as problematic for his failure to vigorously investigate corruption.

In fact, in the sameJuly 22 Post article Bondi cited, a representative of a Ukrainian anti-corruption organization pointed to Shokin’s failure to prosecute Burisma as evidence of his ineffectuality.

“Shokin was not investigating. He didn’t want to investigate Burisma,” Daria Kaleniuk of the Ukrainian Anti-Corruption Action Center told The Post. “And Shokin was fired not because he wanted to do that investigation, but quite to the contrary, because he failed that investigation.

Notice that the quotes she isolated from that article were The Post quoting Shokin. It was Shokin who told The Post that he got fired because he was focused on Burisma, a perfect example of an unreliable narrator.

There is quite a bit more fact checking sources that confirm why Shokin was fired, other than Daria. Like....a lot more. Do you want tons of links?

@Damedius said:

Then you have an article quoted saying Biden did not say he made a threat when he himself clearly says in a video that he did threaten to withhold loan guarantees unless Shokin was removed.

That's Biden being Biden. I can't speak for his constant gaffs contradicting prior statements. It's not exactly implicating him in any of this fake conspiracy nonsense, that's for sure.

@Damedius said:

Last you state that "you and me both know that much of the western world wanted Shokin removed". I would say most of the western world didn't even know who Shokin was unless they had some involvement with the Ukraine.

On top of that, why does it matter what much of the western world wanted, doesn't the Ukraine have the right to choose what to do, without threats from Americans?

From the way Biden tells the story they were reluctant to remove Shokin until they were threatened.

Sorry. There are simply far too many fact checks on this that go well beyond my 1/27/2020 stories. Like that Factcheck.org quote I just linked was pretty substantial and well sourced. We know why Shokin was removed. We know the Joe Biden thing is a debunked conspiracy theory. That's just the facts.

Oh and a lot of these allegations were originated by an actual Fake News opinion columnist,
