You're either in the Asian countries, or simply lying IMHO.

Neither of his friends playing MW3 is a rather bold statement, as I see it.

1. CS entertaining to watch? ...

2. People playing COD due to advertising.:lol: Ah, the worst excuse of them all.

N30F3N1X

Yep, CS entertaining to watch, that's why it's an eSport and the actual face of good military themed FPSs ;)

It's not an excuse, it's a fact. Sorry dood.

CS an eSport? CS is weak not, it had its hey days. It's all about Call of Duty now, bro.

But it's also true. If Activision didn't advertise it, hardly anyone could care.

UnrealLegend

The millions of people would switch to MW3, no matter the advertisement. Advertising doesn't change the game itself.

Oh, the excuses are so lame guys...

The reason millions of people buy CoD is because of the way Activision advertises it. They hype it up to be the best thing in gaming history, and people fall for the hype.

And then the game stays POPULAR until the next release, which we can't say about every other FPS.

So, in conclusion, they continue playing it because they think it's fun.

COD = fun.

1. Innovation = / = fun. A game doesn't have to innovate to be fun. COD4 was so monstrously revolutionary, that they didn't need to drastically change anything for several years now.

2. How is MW3 incoherent?

3. How is the MP unbalanced, and full of glitches? MW2 was unbalanced, MW3 will not be unbalanced. Point out something that is unbalanced in MW3?

4. The SP being short is nothing that bothers gamers. It's all about the MP.

N30F3N1X

They didn't "drastically" change anything, they didn't change anything AT ALL.

How is MW3 incoherent? Learn to read much? I'm talking about complaints about the whole CoD franchise, not MW3 alone. How do *you* know MW3 won't be unbalanced? Have you already played it? Considering the efforts they've put in balancing every CoD since 4 it most likely will be unbalanced no matter what you're going to say ;)

In MW3, they're adding ELITE, have completely changed the way Killstreaks work, ditched unbalanced perks. Added new modes, maps, better graphics.

Pretty much what all sequels nowadays do. So I don't see your point...

Aimbotters? You have no idea what you're talking about. I bet more people would play CS if it weren't so boring to actually play the game.

People who play COD want entertainment, simplicity and intensity. :)

N30F3N1X

No, you're the one who has no idea of what he's talking about.

Is that why CS is entertaining even to watch? And the reason why, you know, it's a f'ing eSport, unlike CoD?

People who play CoD don't "want" anything, they just stick to what is slammed in their faces from advertising. Like all the popular ****ty media that fills the market today.

No, you can play your games. The thing is not to diss a game because of its graphics.

N30F3N1X

Graphics have nothing to do with what anything of the guys you quoted said.

And it's not like CoD is being dissed because of graphics either. I'm pretty sure the complaints about CoD are its extremely shallow, incoherent and short SP, the unbalanced and glitch filled MP, and the lack of any kind of innovation in what, 4 years now?

I'm sorry, but I don't see why you would like to replay Skyrim. It's not as if you're facing real players. It's only pixels, you know...

N30F3N1X

You don't face real players on CoD either, just aimbotters with no standards. You want to see what a real player plays like, CS and Q3A are the FPSs for you. Not CoD

[QUOTE="soulitane"] I haven't even heard of any of them "gaming stars" Also, why would I care what so called gaming stars are playing?soulitane

If you were interested in the gaming industry, you'd give it a try. ;)

That didn't answer my question, in fact how does being interested in the game industry correlate to playing MW3?

Because MW3 is the face of the gaming industry this year. Nothing else comes even close.
