@dirtydyk: advertisements are not binding agreements according to the law (just looked it up before responding) however the company is gone after if they do fib about things and are made to pay fines for such. These fines usually amount to nothing and the companies don't generally have an issue with paying them.
@gotrekfabian: I've been subscribed for a long time, even have Bloodborne added to my library back when it was a free game. I don't believe Sony pays for any servers what so ever.
@restatbonfire: Has a point, they aren't obligated to give us anything, the whole giving us free games was just an advertisement thing, nothing in the ToS or anywhere else is it stated we pay to get these games.
@joecollin: As most stated SM:MM is literally just a expansion for SM. It should not have been a standalone game yet alone been 60 dollars (the game isn't even that long). It seems like the company just wanted to milk what they could honestly and use some stuff they didn't get to use in the base game.
It can't be any worse than how loud the stupid planes are at the beginning of the match, me and my teammates can't even hear each other while in a party chat over that stupid plane before jump out.
@Barighm: Yes it is a situation mostly where its just quicker for people to find another match. I've had this situation happen where a team mate died and I had the money to revive him and was about to do so only for him to up and quit instead because of such a situation. Its happened on multiple occasions. I've even asked someone and they said that its just quicker to find a new match. Some even do it because they think that so long as they leave the game BEFORE the match ends it won't count as a loss or the stats from the match won't matter. This is a thing that was the case in CoD's up until BO3 however that hasn't been the case for the last few CoD's at all and it tells you when you back out that it isn't the case. People just don't seem to read things.
As Asmon states, this is going to have no effect unless a big streamer does it and you can't just have 1 big streamer do it but several would need to be involved.
