Now usually it's a moot point since news outlets WILL mention that they can';t say anything because of the gagging order, burt people DIRECTLY involved are bound to not mention it.

The ship will only have sailed once the games have actually come out, until then there is still plenty of time for Big N to push them back another eight months.
