In other words their "peer reviews" come from publications that say "pay us some cash and we'll publish whatever you like"
And if they tried to publish in anything with any degree of reputability, or ACTUAL peer reviewing they'd be rejected. And the only scientists that cite this groups studies are people that WORK for the group.
""The Cameron group has published its empirical research in academic journals with low prestige and, at least in the case of Psychological Reports, with a low rejection rate and a publication fee required from authors. Given the serious methodological flaws in their survey studies and obituary study, it is reasonable to conclude that the Cameron group's papers would have been rejected by more prestigious scientific journals. Other than the Cameron group itself, researchers have not cited their empirical studies as a source of ideas for new research on sexual orientation. Nor have scientists cited the group's papers to support assertions about the dangers to society posed by homosexuals."
@the_big_doggg @DarkSaber2k Eyes up laddy-buck. Remember that thread you abandoned once the discrediting came in from multiple users citing multiple sources? Yeah it's still there.
They cancelled the Kickstarter because it was turning into a humiliating failure. And it was failing with nothing relating to this being known to the public. And it was cancelled with 10 days to go and not even a quarter of the target achieved. There was no further damage a story like this could even do at the time.
@caucel_cr @calvinsora No we don't. THe crowd funding stopped over a month ago, this has happened in the last couple of days, and we have NOTHING to indicate the two are connected.
Hell even at the time Precursor said it was because of a new opportunity that had arisen.
